Our flagship product, Effie, combines linguistic capabilities with machine learning to provide powerful insights and data ownership. Effie leverages generative AI algorithms to create highly conversational and engaging chatbots that offer services such as triage, appointment scheduling, seamless integration, and privacy compliance.

DataSpeckle is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales and Marketing Associate to join our growing team. As a key member of the sales and marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Effie, our leading chatbot platform for clinics.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and identify potential clients in the healthcare industry who could benefit from Effie's conversational AI chatbot solutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies to promote Effie's features and benefits effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns, including email marketing, social media engagement, and cold calling.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase Effie's capabilities to prospective clients.
  • Provide product training and support to clients as needed, ensuring a smooth transition to Effie's chatbot platform.
  • Assist in tracking sales metrics, analyzing data, and generating reports to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and marketing to continuously improve performance.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for learning and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML) concepts is desirable but not required.
  • Eligibility for IRAP is required (IRAP Young Graduates Program)
